    Mrs. Mariana Reyna is the Lead Counselor at WMS. This is her 13th year in Education. Mrs. Reyna received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Accounting from the University of Texas – Pan American and a Master’s degree in Counseling Education from the University of St. Thomas. She began her career in Education in Houston ISD as a Bilingual Elementary Teacher. She is looking forward to meeting and working with our students and their parents.

    Sheena Watkins

    Ms. Sheena Watkins is in her 9th year as an educator. Ms. Watkins received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare and African American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned a Masters degree in School Counseling and a certification in Contemporary Mental Health Issues from Capella University. She is a National Certified Counselor and a doctoral candidate in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at Capella. She worked as a Special Education teacher at the elementary and middle school levels before becoming a school counselor. She is passionate about student success and looks forward to supporting 6th grade families this year.

    Brittani Simon

    Mrs. Simon is in her 15th year of Education.  She taught ELA and Reading for 7 years in Galena Park ISD, before becoming a School Counselor. Mrs. Simon has been a Counselor at the High School level in both Cy-Fair ISD and Galena Park ISD, before joining the Humble ISD Family and Kingwood Middle School in 2020. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA, as well as a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Prairie View A & M University.  She is excited to bring her passion for School Counseling to Woodcreek Middle School.

    This year marks Mrs. Cavazos 14th year in Education. Mrs. Cavazos graduated from The University Of Houston in 2007 with her B.A. in English. She earned her Masters in Guidance and Counseling from San Angelo State University in 2012. She looks forward to supporting WMS parents, students and staff.
