  • February Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees has been rescheduled for February 23
    Due to weather and power concerns, the Humble ISD School Board Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees has been rescheduled to Tuesday, February 23. The rescheduled meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. for closed session; 7:00 p.m. for all other matters, on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in the Humble ISD Board Room. Board Room capacity is limited due to physical distancing requirements. The meeting can also be seen at humbleisd.net/boardmeetinglive.  Board Meeting Agenda
     
    In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will be conducted virtually, with no trustees or members of the public present in person. In the event that the meeting is conducted virtually a notice will be posted on the District website no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
     
    Members of the public may access the meeting electronically at humbleisd.net/boardmeetinglive. This link will be accessible on the day of the meeting after 4:30 p.m.

    Members of the public who would like to speak during Public Comment at the public session at 7 p.m. must sign up by Noon on Tuesday, February 23, by completing and submitting this Notice of Intent to Address the Board of Trustees. There is an option to speak in-person and an option to speak through Zoom video conference. Due to physical distancing, the number of in-person speakers will be limited to the first 25 who sign up. There is no limit on the number of speakers who sign up to speak through Zoom, but all speakers must sign up by Noon on Feb.16. All speakers will be allocated one minute to speak so that everyone can be heard in a timely manner. 

    In order to maintain physical distancing, in-person speakers will be given reserved seats in the Board Room and they must be seated by 6:45 p.m. After 6:45 p.m., the seat will not be reserved and will be opened up to anyone.  Please plan ahead to allow time to park and report to the Board Room. Once all seats in the room are filled, people will not be allowed into the room unless a seat becomes open. 

    All who enter the building must wear a mask as required by the Texas Governor’s Order.

    For purposes of the February 23, 2021,  Humble ISD School Board Meeting; 

    • Members of the public may sit or stand on grass or paved walkways if capacity in the Board Room has been reached. For safety, use of the parking lot will be limited to drivers who are parking.

    • No tents or structures may be put up on district premises. 

    • Signs may not be attached to district buildings or property or inserted into district grounds.
