Healthy Snacks for C.A.T.C.H. Break

    Every morning and afternoon in class we have C.A.T.C.H. break. This is a time when the children can eat a healthy snack. Please be sure to send a snack with your child each day. We eat snack on the classroom floor. Make sure the snack is easy for your child to open and eat neatly. If a spoon is needed, please send a plastic one. Here are some examples of healthy snacks:

     
    • fruit (please bring a spoon if needed)
    • vegetables
    • cheese and crackers
    • pretzels
    • low-sugar dry cereal
