In order to receive credit for Off Campus PE:An Off Campus PE packet must be completed and returned to the grade level counselor for approval. Off Campus PE requires that the outside activity take place at an approved vendor site and involves at least 5 hours of activity Monday through Friday. The packet can be found at https://www.humbleisd.net/Domain/9742.At the end of the semester, all students participating in an Off Campus PE activity must return a student reporting card to the counseling office in order to receive credit for the activity. After the student's reporting card is received, the passing grade is entered onto the student's transcript.Forms are available on the Humble ISD website if you go to Departments then to Athletics and then to Off Campus P.E. - you will click on Middle School Forms and you can print them out.
