My name is Stephanie Razo and I am thrilled to be your child's teacher this year.
I grew up in Dallas and graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University (San Antonio) with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Specializing in Special Education. I am also certified to teach Gifted and Talented, English as a Second Language, and students with Dyslexia. This will be my eleventh year teaching, second year teaching at ESE!
My husband Rudy and I have been married for 10 years and we have two children. Our oldest son, Andrew, will be in the First this year. My youngest, Nicholas, is 4 years old and attends AUMC.
I am a Breast Cancer survivor. Through my treatments and healing time, I rediscover that I am strong mentally and physically. I have never stopped learning and developing as a teacher. It's a great feeling as a teacher to help students to be successful and to complete task that they once thought was impossible. I look forward to this school year. I LOVE teaching!!!
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending the majority of time with my family.
I am a firm believer in the partnership between home and school. It is crucial that them learn and grow as we work together!
Thank you for getting to know me.
I am looking forward to a great year!!
