I graduated from Uniontown Area High School in 1992.  I attended one year of college at Slippery Rock University studying Early childhood education, special education and dance. I moved to California University of PA where I  earned a degree in Elementary and Special Education. I student taught middle school adaptive behavior in the Connellsville School District and 3rd grade general education in Laural Highlands School District.  I interned at Mount St. Macrina working with students with severe special needs. I moved to the state of Texas in 1998 where I became a teacher in Humble ISD. I began my teaching opportunity as a co-teacher at Humble Ninth grade campus, teaching World Geography, Content Mastery, Algebra as well as resource Reading and Math. I was a TAF coordinator during these years. In 2006 I moved to Atascocita High school to continue teaching in the secondary education setting. In 2008 I became a teacher to the Maplebrook family. I am currently an interventionitst at Maplebrook and serve the K-5 population. Outside of teaching I enjoy watching Pittsburgh Steeler football, shopping, being outdoors and traveling.  I am blessed to call MBE family! Looking forward to a great school year.
