Verification of Enrollment (V.O.E) Forms

Verification of Enrollment (VOE) is required for anyone under 18 years old obtaining/renewing a Texas Driver’s License or taking Driver's Education.

VOE forms are requested in the Attendance Office – you may sign up any time during attendance hours. Your form should be ready for pick-up within 24 hours. 

VOE issuance is based on a student’s attendance, credits earned/denied for the latest completed semester. Students with excessive absences may not qualify. 

A new form is required each time you renew your license, sign up for driver’s ed, or go from permit to license.

The VOE form is valid for 30 days and must be signed in BLACK ink.

The VOE form is printed in the attendance office. You do not have to provide the form.
