    With 30+ years of public education service and over 25 years of leadership experience managing State & Federal ProgramsDr. Bryson is dedicated to producing quality educational programs, improving systems, and sharing her knowledge with others. Dr. Bryson has served as a State and Federal Programs Director, Executive Director of Finance, Curriculum Program Director, Classroom Teacher, and Skills Specialist. She has taught bachelors and masters level classes in the areas of Curriculum Planning & Development; School Support Services; Special Programs and Special Populations; Federal, State, and Local School Law, and Math Methods. She is a TASBO certified, Registered Texas School Business Administrator (RTSBA) and a Certified Texas School Business Specialist (CTSBO), with an endorsement in Accounting. 
     
    Dr. Bryson has been recognized for her ongoing leadership with the National Association of Federal Education Program Administrators (NAFEPA) - State Leadership Award, and the Sam Houston State University - Distinguished Administrator of the Year Award. Her dedication to improving educational programs includes serving on executive boards of state and national organizations, and providing training at state and national conferences. Dr. Bryson has been an active member of the Association of Compensatory Educators of Texas (ACET) since 1996 and served twelve terms as Regional Director, and as was the President 2004 - 2005. She currently serves on ACET's Executive Board, Past President's Committee, Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee, and as the ACET - National Association of Federal Education Program Administrators (NAFEPA) Representative for the state of Texas.  Dr. Bryson serves on the Board of Directors for NAFEPA.

    Catherine Eubanks is a highly accomplished and passionate district administrator with progressive student-focused leadership experiences. She has faithfully served students and supported campuses in Texas as a classroom teacher, campus administrator, and district director with an emphasis on instructional leadership and strategic partnerships in order to improve resources, programs, and support for all shareholders, especially students and their families.

    Ms. Eubanks has devoted the past two decades to PK-12 public education in Texas with half of those years in pivotal administrative leadership and oversight roles for special program areas, including Federal ESSA and Perkins Grant Programs, Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs, JROTC, High School Allotment, State Compensatory Education, Pregnancy Related Services, Parent and Family Engagement, School Improvement, Private Non-Profit Equitable Services, and Homeless Children and Youth programs. Catherine is a transformative leader who improves outcomes for students by providing guidance for long-range strategic planning, bond planning, technology, curriculum, facilities design, professional development, instructional materials, funding and budget analysis, legal issues, compliance requirements, accountability. staffing, and numerous committees. Catherine's professional expertise supports colleagues throughout the entire state of Texas through her current leadership role on the Executive Board of the Association for Compensatory Educators of Texas (ACET) as Vice-President, Scholarship Committee Chair, and Program Planning Committee member.

    Catherine earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas A&M University in College Station. She and her husband are the proud parents of two amazing children who remind them daily of the powerful impact that families, educators, and communities have on fostering a true love for learning!
