Use the Benefits Enrollment Portal to process new hire enrollment, Annual Enrollment and mid-year Qualifying Event change request. Qualifying Events such as birth/adoption, marriage/divorce, changes in job status, Medicaid/Medicare allow you to make a change to your benefits based on the event. Benefit changes are time-sensitve therefore must be completed within 31 days after the event date. Please contact the Benefits Department when a Qualifying Event occurs to begin the processing of your change request. Supporting documents for you status change will be required.
