NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT PROCESS
- Beginning June 14, 2023, If you are NEW to Humble ISD, please complete the online New Student Registration form. Be sure to read through all of the information. All documentation must be uploaded to the online application or emailed to the campus registrar. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.
o Child's proof of age and proof of identity (birth certificate or other legal document)
o Parent/Guardian's driver's license or passport for identification purposes
o Immunization records - must be SIGNED or STAMPED by the physician or his/her designee or public health personnel (including MyChart records)
o Proof of residency in Humble ISD
- For students residing in a house, the lease, deed, or a current utility (gas, water, electricity) bill is required.
- For students residing in an apartment, a lease containing parent and student names or a letter from the apartment manager is required.
- If both parent and student live with a relative or friend in Humble ISD whose residence is not an apartment, the parent and the person with whom they reside must submit a notarized Verification of Address affidavit form. The parent and homeowners ID and proof of residency addresses MUST match. Email the campus registrar to request the required form.
o Previous school records (report card or transcript) and withdrawal documents, if applicable
o Standardized test results, if available
- After our campus nurse clears your student(s) for immunizations, the Registrar will review your application in the order they were submitted. Once the enrollment has been completed, you will receive a Welcome to Woodcreek letter via email.
- After enrollment has been completed, please set up a Home Access Center (HAC) account to monitor and view your student's academic progress, schedule, grades, test scores, and attendance throughout the year.
ANNUAL UPDATE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS
1. Parents/Guardians MUST complete Annual Update through their own HAC account – not their student's account.
2. Immunizations and current Proof of Residency may be uploaded, emailed to the registrar, or turned in during Lion Check-In.
LION CHECK-IN
August 3rd & 4th, 2023
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
All returning students must attend Lion Check-In with a parent/guardian unless you have completed the Annual Update process online and provided all required documentation.Proof of residency in Humble ISD

ALL registered students must be in attendance on the first day of school or they will be withdrawn.
