Most purchases are made from vendors who have been awarded bids through the bidding process managed by the District's Purchasing Department, as well as with vendors that have been awarded a contract through our Co-Op affiliations.
To begin the process of becoming an awarded vendor with Humble ISD, please register in our online bidding system at the link below. This does NOT make you an awarded vendor, it ONLY places you on the notification list for upcoming solicitations. Your company must still respond to a solicitation and be awarded a contract by the Humble ISD Board of Trustees.

Registered companies will automatically receive e-mail notifications when solicitations (RFP's, RFQ's, CSP's, and Quotes) for the particular commodities selected during the registration process are available. Registered companies will be able to access and submit solicitation responses through the Humble ISD eBid system, all online. No more mailing or paper bid submittals.

Once you respond and are notified of an award, then you become an approved awarded vendor with the Humble Independent School District. You can now do business with the Distrct for the commodity you were awarded.
