The Records Department provides support services to campuses, departments, and the community by practicing sound record management procedures, and retains all records according to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission.
The Records Department currently houses student records through the 2019 school year. If you graduated in 2020 or 2021 please contact the registrar at your campus.
Records from 1911-1998 are on microfiche and were destroyed by Hurricane Harvey.
We can provide a letter stating whether you graduated or withdrew according to what we have in Access.
