    Welcome to Art! As your child's art teacher , it is my goal to develop each student's creative abilities and to further their appreciation of art.  We will be creating an artistic foundation that can be built upon in future years at Humble ISD.  Your child will be creating a wide variety of projects throughout the year.  Drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking,  ceramics, jewelry and mixed media art are some of the topics that will be covered.
    When students begin to work on individual projects, additional funds are required.  We will be collecting an art fee thru  revtrack of 25$ to cover your child's art fee for all beginning intermediate and arts and crafts classes, which covers all their non-reusable  art media supplies such as paper, paint, clay and glazes. 

    A 30$ art fee is collected for advanced art classes per semester. This course is a 2 semester course.
