Middle School Girls Sports Camp, June 7-9
The WMS Girl’s Athletics program has teamed up with the Summer Creek High School volleyball and basketball program to provide an early opportunity for girls interested in playing volleyball and basketball. The Summer Sports Skill Camp is designed to focus on all aspects of the game with an emphasis on fundamentals and team skills for the duration of the camp.
WHO: ANY 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls interested in playing volleyball and basketball
WHAT: Middle School Summer Sports Skills Camp
WHEN: June 7 – 9 Tuesday – Thursday; Volleyball 8am – 11am; Basketball 11:30pm – 2:30pm
WHERE: Woodcreek Middle School 14600 Woodson Park Dr, Houston, TX 77044
COST: $75 volleyball OR $75 Basketball: $150 for BOTH (Fee includes t-shirt)

Mars and Beyond! A LEGO Robotics Camp, July 12-14
The Humble ISD DDI department is hosting a free LEGO Robotics Camp this summer. We will be using LEGO Spike Prime kits to explore Mars and Beyond! Limited spots are available and we expect spaces to fill up quickly.
Who: Outgoing 3rd- 5th graders & Outgoing 6-8th graders
What: A 3-day LEGO robotics camp themed around space exploration.
Free lunch will be provided by the school cafeteria.
When: July 12- Jul 14, 2022
4th-6th grade: 8:30- 12:00
7th-9th grade: 12:15-3:45

Humble ISD teacher pay is projected to be among the highest in the Houston area under a new compensation plan approved on May 24 by the Board of Trustees for the 2022-2023 school year.

WMS Retest Policy
Students who earn less than a 70 on any summative may retest for up to a 70. Test corrections are not an acceptable form of retest. Summative project grades will follow the same guidelines as traditional assessments. The following must be done by the student within one week of the test being returned.
-Students must not have any missing work.
-Students must schedule and attend a minimum of one tutorial.
-Students must retake exam within one week from the time the graded test is returned to the students.
Please Note: High School credit courses will be limited to one retest per nine weeks. Retest policy is consistent with SCHS. -
