Welcome to Ms. Black 8th Grade US History!!

Hello students and families! Welcome to 8^th grade! My name is BranDee Black and I will be your U.S. History teacher. I am looking forward to getting to know your student, but first here is a little more about me. I am from Gulfport, Mississippi and attended Xavier University of Louisiana where I received a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications. This is my first year teaching at Humble Middle School.  My prior experience includes teaching 6^th-8^th grade in various subjects.Ive been in education for 8 years. Besides teaching I enjoy watching movies, sports events, good podcasts and spending time with my family. Looking forward to a great school year with you!
