• Hello! My name is Katya Harper and I will be your child’s 5th grade reading, writing, and social studies teacher. I recently graduated from University of Houston- Downtown and this will be my first year teaching. I am ecstatic to be here at OFE since I completed my student teaching here last spring. I am married and have two small children who will also be attending OFE this school year.

     

    By the end of my time with your student, they will be developed writers and avid readers who will be prepared for the rigor of middle school.

Recientemente me gradué de la Universidad de Houston-Downtown y este será mi primer año enseñando.   • Tutoring will need to be precordinated between the guardians and the teacher. Tutoring is offered in the mornings from 7:15 am to 7:45 am as needed.
