  • Nicholas Szoeke is thrilled to be the choir director of the Wildcat family. Mr. Szoeke's love for choir began at an early age in church choir and has stuck with him ever since. As a former 4 Year Texas All-State Choir Member, Mr. Szoeke knows the importance and impact choral education has on young singers. When not in the choir room, Mr. Szoeke is a professional musical theater actor, and is a member of the Actors Equity Association. Mr. Szoeke holds a Bachelors degree from Sam Houston State University, and a Masters degree from The University of Alabama.

Mr. Szoeke wants each of his singers to leave his classroom a more aware musician than when they walked in. He wants his students to learn how to find their true voice, and how they can use that voice in a variety of styles.

We sing to communicate. We communicate to change the world.
