WLMS Registration Camps, July 26 - 30
Our Alpha, Wolf and Pup registration camps will be held as follows.
July 26: ONLY New Students to the District from 9am-6pm by Alpha
July 28: Incoming 6th Graders 9am-6pm by Alpha
July 29: Returning 7th & 8th Graders 9am-6pm by Alpha
To all parents with incoming 7th graders: State of Texas Immunization requirements for 7th graders
*Meningococcal (Must be MCV4 on or after age 11)
*Tdap/DT
Please provide record of completed Immunizations to Mrs.Metcalf before the start of 2022/2023 or your student will be excluded from attending school.
July 30: ALL registrations 9am-12pm
We Will Be Happy to Welcome You and Your Child at the Appropriate Time, Alphabetically by Last Name of the Child:
- A – D 9 – 11 a.m.
- E – K 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- L – Q 2 – 4 p.m.
- R – Z 4 – 6 p.m.

Requirements for camps:
- Create a Home Access Center account, as soon as possible, if you do not have one. Instructions are available:
- If you already have a HAC, login and complete the annual online registration, available on July 30. To avoid delays please complete before Alpha, Wolf, and Pup Camp!!!!
You will receive a confirmation email that you submitted the annual online registration, please save/print email and present at Alpha,Wolf,Pup Camps for confirmation. - Provide proof of residency:
- Home owners/Renters: Current (dated within 30 days) utility bill (water, gas or electric).
- Apartment: Current apartment lease. Parent & student MUST be listed as resident/occupant.
- Please keep in mind that ALL PROOF OF RESIDENCE WILL BE VERIFIED with the utility companies, apartment managers & Mortgage Companies. A verbal confirmation that the person listed is an account holder, address is correct, and account is active will need to be verified. If we cannot verify, the person on the account will need to allow the verifying company to give us access to call in and get that information. When sending in a proof of residence, make sure the whole bill/lease is visible and includes the company name& number so that we may call. IF WE CANNOT VERIFY your proof of residence, the change of address cannot be completed.
- Provide immunization record:
- If you are new to the district.
- If your student is entering 7th grade.
Note: If you and your student are living with another family;
you MUST submit a NEW Verification Address Affidavit Form!
**Homeowners MUST come to Alpha, Wolf, Pup Camps with parent
and have VOA form already signed and notarized!!** -
