Welcome to the 2022-23 Academic Year!

I’m excited about returning for another great year at Woodcreek as the Math Instructional Coach. I believe all students can excel in Math with a positive attitude, 100% effort, and a growth mindset. I am eager to support the WMS math teachers and all WMS students while strengthening our instruction and analysis of student data. I am passionate about student growth, deep conceptual learning and being a change agent. After all, we are here to do what is best for students.

I am a proud graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown and I completed the 2019-20 ConocoPhillips Applied Math Program at Rice University. This year, I am thrilled to return as a Catalyst in the program as well as being a member of the WMS AVID Site Team. I began my career in Education with Humble ISD as an 8th Grade math teacher at Ross Sterling Middle School then I made my way over to Woodcreek as a 7th Grade On Level and PreAP math teacher. In July 2021, I had the pleasure of joining the WMS Instructional Coach Team. My husband and I live right here in Humble with our children, who are Humble ISD students. As both a Humble ISD staff member and a Humble ISD parent, I am committed to facilitating student growth and rowing the WMS boat!
