6th Grade Panthers:
Our annual awards ceremony will be this Thursday at 2:00 p.m.
This ceremony is a way for teachers to highlight the accomplishments of YOU, the students!
You are welcomed to "dress up" for this occasion (the dress code policy will still apply), especially if you are receiving an award, and we are excited to have this special day to honor all of your hard work during this year!
All absence notes must be turned into the attendance office within 2 days of the absence.
Important Cell Phone Reminder!
Cell phone use is prohibited during the school day. All phones must be turned off when a student enters the building (8:00am) and cannot be turned on again until the end of instructional time 3:55pm (8th), 4:00pm (6th and 7th). Please note that if students do not follow this policy, their cell phone will be taken up and a fee of $15 will be charged. A parent/guardian will be responsible for picking up their child’s phone. Please refer to page 41 in the student handbook for more information. (Page 41, DM-14)
Please remember that badges must be worn on a dress code appropriate lanyard while in the TMS building. If you forget your badge, you must stop in front of the library, across from the Attendance Office, to pick up a temporary badge. Temporary badges are $1. This temporary badge must be worn all day. If you have lost your badge, a replacement may be purchased for $5, first thing in the morning, same location. Students with outstanding fines will not be allowed to participate in Field Day, Maroon & White Banquet etc.
