Attention 6^TH GRADERS

Plan to attend “Colts on Track” at CMS

Wednesday, August 14 -- 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

1)     HOME ACCESS CENTER:  Beginning 2013-2014, some forms will be updated electronically online through the HOME ACCESS CENTER.  If you have not signed up for the Home Access Center, use the following link and register for a username and password -- https://eshac.humble.k12.tx.us/homeaccess/.

2)      PROOF OF RESIDENCY:  all new and returning students must provide a current proof of residency with your packet.  Proof of residency may include one of the following: copy of utility bill (water, gas, or electric), indicating parent name and address or a copy of lease and/or purchase agreement. 

3)      FORMS AND IMMUNIZATIONS must be completed and updated in order to receive a schedule and a locker.

4)      SCHOOL SPIRIT SUPPLIES will be available during Roundup on Tuesday, August 20^th.  A separate check will be required for each purchase.
