Please make every effort to have your child at school by 8:00.   Tardiness of any sort causes your child to miss important activities and routines.  Since school announcements begin at 7:50, students should be in their classrooms at that time.  This gives them time to sharpen pencils, put things away, prepare for the day, and ready themselves for important instruction.  School doors are opened at 7:30; however, any student dropped off at that time or later should report directly to the school cafeteria where he or she will remain until 7:50 when all students will be dismissed to their individual classrooms.  Any student arriving at 7:50 or later should report directly to his or her classroom.

A student is considered tardy at 8:05.  A student is allowed four tardies; however, at the fourth tardy at required parent/teacher conference must occur where the parent and teacher will decide upon a plan for the student's future promptness.
