IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR ALL STUDENTS (new and returning) will be required to complete registration forms in writing. The forms will be returned to the school at the school's designated time for registration. Proof of residency will be required for all new students and returning students. The registration packets can be downloaded from the district's or campus' website. Forms are available in both English and Spanish. The forms include: (1) Student enrollment(new students only) (2) Compulsory Attendance Form (3) Emergency Card (4) Migrant Student Survey (5) Parent Signature Form (6) Physician Request for a Dietary Modification Form (7) Student Health Inventory (8) Student Residency Questionnaire (9) TB Form (10) TEA Ethnicity and Race Data Questionnaire New to district students can call 281-641-3807 to schedule an appointment for enrollment. Pinnacle Internet Viewer (PIV) will not be available this school year. A new application, Home Access Center (HAC), will replace PIV. Parents will be able to access their student's attendance and grading information from any Internet-connected computer just like PIV. The benefit to using the new program is that parents will be able to see their student's information in real time, as soon as the information is posted by the teachers. |
