As we begin this new semester, we are meeting with our entire student body to introduce them to new staff members and remind them of the importance of staying on track so they can earn as many credits as possible this year. The purpose is also to remind students of various policies, procedures, and interventions in place to help ensure their success at HHS.

As always, we are encouraging good communication between parents and the school. Parents are encouraged to use principal viewer as a way of staying updated with their child's grades and make sure their contact information is current. Teachers are expected to notify parents when they have concerns including behavior or academic success.

Student, Remember what we said about having an "Open Door" Policy and know that our desire is to be available to help you throughout the day. If I am not in my office when you stop by, please do not leave without signing up to see me and letting my secretary know if it's urgent or can possibly wait until the next day.
