Requirements for Enrollment:

Proof of residency: A current gas, electric, or water bill or a sales or lease contract. The apartment lease must have the parent and student name listed. All must be current.

Immunization records.

Parents' drivers license.

Student's official birth certificate.

Student's social security card.

School records: Last report card, unofficial transcript, TAKS results. (If in the 12th grade, we require a transcript.) Please provide prior school's Fax # and address.
New Students Only:
