NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 
Kindergarten - 5th Grade - New Students Only

  • Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2009 to attend Kindergarten.
  • New Student Registration will be by appointment only beginning August 12.  Parents may call 281-641-2603 to schedule an appointment.
  •     To register a child, parents/guardians must furnish the following information/documentation at the time of enrollment:
* Official birth certificate
* Proof of residency (current gas, electric, water bill or sales/lease agreement) 
* Child's social security card
* Current immunization records
* Parent's driver's license for identification purposes
* Previous school's mailing address
 
REGISTRATION FORMS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT
 
ALL NEW STUDENTS will be required to complete registration forms in writing.  Humble ISD does not have on-line registration. Click on the link below to download the appropriate registration forms for NEW STUDENTS ONLY.
