From the North:  Take 59 North, exit Will Clayton, and turn on Will Clayton, heading east. Go to the second light at Wilson Road, and turn left. Humble High School is approximately 1 block down on the right.

 

From 1960/Lake Houston Parkway:  Take 1960 heading west towards Highway 59.  Turn left at the light at Wilson Road.  You will pass through two lights, and pass Sterling Middle School.  Humble High will be on your left before reaching the light at Will Clayton.
