For re-admittance following an absence: A note must be submitted within two days of return from an absence to have the U changed. Note must include student's full name, ID number, grade, date of absence and reason for absence, including a phone number where parent/guardian may be reached if necessary, and signed by parent/guardian! Refer to pgs. 10 thru 15 of 2009-10 Student Handbook for complete Attendance information and requirements!
