v Completed 49,096 Work Orders from 7/1/12—2/28/13 compared to 10,599 the previous year. This is approximately 463% increase over last year. School Dude is a proven success since the implementation of SchoolDude. v The iPads were instrumental in allowing us to track work orders. A special thank you to our Board Members. v 955 hot/cold calls from August 2012—February 2013, down 1.3% (1077) from August 2012-February 2013. v LeighAnn Montgomery received TASBO “Registered Texas School Business Administrator”certification. v Supervisors’ Ronnie Ferguson and Jim Woods are working towards completing their Certified Texas School Business Specialist. v Ronnie Ferguson, LeighAnn Montgomery and Kenny Kendrick are TASBO Committee Members representing Humble ISD. v Humble ISD is a charter member of the Texas Energy Managers Association (TEMA), Gulf Coast M&O, Custodial Management Association of Texas. v Maintenance received a grant from the Education Foundation for $4566.92 to change T8 Lighting at SFE and DWE. v As of February 979 trees have been removed costing $240,080.00. v Kenny Kendrick is the Secretary of Gulf Coast M&O for 2012-2013. v Hosted the IPM (Integregrated Pest Management) Conference at SCHS, October 10th and 11th, 2012. v Check for $30,520.00 received from CenterPoint for load shedding at SCHS. v Check for $53,762.80 received from CenterPoint for chillers changed out at NBE, TE, and GTE. v Larry Barga received Back-flow Prevention license—June 2012. v Kenny Kendrick was named Director of the Year by the Gulf Coast Maintenance and Operations Association. v Jean Delaney received an Award of Excellence from the Custodial Management Association of Texas. v Kenny received his certification in Integregrated Pest Management (IPM). |
