PPCD Assessment Team

The PPCD Assessment Team works with families of children that are transitioning from ECI services to school district services.  We also administer a developmental screening to children whose families have concerns about Speech and Language, Cognitive, Motor, Adaptive, or Personal Social Skills before the child's third birthday. 
The home campus should be contacted if a family has concerns and the child is already three years old.
