	Change of Address...

Proof of residence is required any time your address changes. For homes a complete current utility (gas, water, or electric) bill or a copy of the residential lease with signatures; for an apartment a copy of the current lease showing the parent and student names will be required.


	Registration Information

New to the district students may call for an appointment at the following: 6th grade-281-641-3933, 7th grade-281-641-3807, 8th grade-281-641-3950.

You must complete the online registration prior to scheduling/attending your campus appointment. If you do not have access to the internet, please plan to show up at least 30-45 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the online registration. This process must be complete before you can meet with the Registar.

To register your student you will need:

Last Report Card
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization Records
Proof of Residence (for a home--complete,current utility bill [water, gas,
electric] or residential lease agreement; for a new home closing
papers can be used; for an apartment --current lease agreement
showing parent and student names on the lease with management
signatures.)
Parent/Guardian Picture ID
TAKS or other State Test Scores (if available)


	Withdrawal Information

24 Hours notice must be given when withdrawing a student. It takes time to collect records, books etc. Please contact Ms. Dear for more information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THIS SCHOOL YEAR

ALL STUDENTS (new and returning) will be required to complete registration forms online. The forms will be returned to the school at the school's designated time for registration. Proof of residency will be required for all new students and returning students. The registration packets can be downloaded from the district's or campus' website. Forms are available in both English and Spanish. The forms include:

(2) Compulsory Attendance Form

(3) TEA Ethnicity and Race Data Questionnaire

(4) Student Residency Questionnaire

(5) Parent Signature Form

(6) Migrant Student Survey Physician

(7) Emergency Card Student

(8) Health Inventory

(9) TB Form
