Once you have enrolled online, please call and make an appointment.  Enrollment will start Friday, May 3rd.  Please bring all necessary documents to your appointment.  Documents needed are listed below.

3. 30 day Current Utility bill

4. Up to date Shot Records

5. Guardian Drivers License
