What do I need to bring to the new student registration appointment?
Parents/guardians are asked to bring the following documents to register their children:                                             
• Official birth certificate
• immunization records
• child's social security card
• parent's driver license for identification purposes
• FINAL (year-end) report card from the previous school
• previous school's mailing address
• proof of residency in Humble ISD (utility bill, lease agreement, house closing statement)
• Also, it is helpful to bring TAKS or other standardized test results if available
 
 
 
Change Of Address
Proof of residence is required any time your address changes. For homes a complete current utility (gas, water, or electric) bill or a copy of the residential lease with signatures; for an apartment a copy of the current lease showing the parent and student names will be required.
