DEPARTMENT INFORMATION The Office of Special Programs Funding and Accountability is responsible for the coordination and supervision of various federal, state, and local grant programs. This includes funding and initiatives under No Child Left Behind (Elementary and Secondary Education Act) and State Compensatory Education. We also provide training and program development in the areas of needs assessments, program evaluations, progress monitoring, and district and campus improvement plans. This office also supervises programs for Pregnancy Related Services/Parenting Education Services, Family Literacy / English Literacy and Civics Education Program, and Employee Childcare. These programs are housed at the Humble ISD Community Learning Center (Early Learning Center), 18901 Timber Forest Dr., Humble, TX.
