Calling all KPHS Parents!
Project Graduation needs your help.
We are in need of more volunteers to help make this event a memorable and fun evening.
| The concept of Project Graduation began in Maine in the early 1980's. At the time, numerous students lost their lives to alcohol related automobile accidents associated with graduation parties. Concerned parents decided to take a stand. By 1986, Texas alone hosted 200 successful alcohol and chemical free graduation celebrations. An event of this magnitude requires many parent volunteers working the entire school year! In addition to volunteers, monetary contributions help pay for food, prizes, activities, entertainment and decorations that will transform KPHS for this special evening. We have several opportunites to volunteer prior. While we will be soliciting donations from area merchants and corporations, it is essential for generous parents to dedicate their time and financial support to make this event possible. In order to cover our expected budget, we need every graduating senior parents support in the amount of $100. You may choose to pay in installments or even a smaller amount. Your contribution is tax deductible and your contribution may be subject to a Matching Gifts Program from your company. A Donation Form is available here.
